Shipping policy

Orders are assembled by hand & prepped for shipment within 2-3 business days. 

Designs are usually shipped within 5-7 business days (including the featured collection & sale items) but may change due to the complexity of more customizable designs or holiday designs, which may take longer. In this case you will be contacted prior to production  

For orders placed in the U.S. delivery date should be 3-5 days after shipment (Standard Shipping)  

Expedited orders will be complete within 1-2 business days, otherwise sent by priority mail or Fedex depending on request. Fedex may require an extra fee.

Tracking numbers will be sent upon shipment  

Delivery time may differ based on location.

Orders are shipped out of Los Angeles, CA .

We are available for local pick up in downtown Los Angeles.
