Return Policy


Pre-designed (ready made) underwear can be cancelled within 5 days of your purchase. 

All custom designs are prepped for production within 72 hours of your purchase.  Therefore, cancellations or changes to these orders should be made within that period to guarantee a cancellation.  

As a startup, we strive to accommodate you. Please contact us directly to confirm that your piece has not reached production & we’ll see what we can do! 



*All underwear is assembled especially for you when you place your order!  However, we do accept exchanges for size or irregularities. Returns can be  made on a case- by-case basis. Please contact us with any problems with  your order. 

Underwear returns are accepted for exchange (read policy below) within a 10 business day period after receiving an order.  

Items from the Charm Store or other purchases outside of lingerie are accepted for return within 14 business days.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders. 

Quality Control Process: *To avoid disproportions, each garment is put through a rigid quality control  process by our staff and photo documented in our studio once approved with our seal of excellence. However, we do realize that mistakes happen. In which case,  we will apologetically accept your exchange and remake your garment upon  receiving your original order. 

Our design options are constantly changing! Exchanges must be reported within 10 days of confirmed delivery of your order to be sure we still have your  design elements in stock. If not, we can exchange those embellishments for ones  we have available. For expedited shipments, exchanges can be reported up to 14 days after confirmed delivery depending on your initial shipment option. 

In order for a replacement, items must be unworn/unwashed and have tags attached and liners (if applicable) in place. Please try on bottoms over underwear!

If we receive a design that has been worn, we will not be able to complete the exchange. 

The replacement process will begin once we receive your returned garment.   

How Soon Will I Get My Return? 

Once your items are inspected by the return department, you'll get your refund typically within 48 hours. It may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed. 



In the unlikely chance your garment arrives damaged upon delivery, we will replace your design free of charge. We may ask you to email us at with images of the damaged delivery and/or packaging depending on the size of your return request. 



An exchange form will be included in your package with instructions on how to send back your design.  

You can email us directly at with your invoice number (if purchased outside our website) or through your account on our website if purchased here. We will issue you a shipping label to return your design and will send your replacement back to you. This will be free of charge. For size exchanges, shipment will be free of charge for the first size exchange and will be the customer’s responsibility for size exchanges thereafter. 



With proper care (please refer to our CARE GUIDE), your special Lolli Popitt  garments are made to last for countless wears. However, we offer 1-year insurance on your purchase of items costing $150 and over.  

You can purchase insurance here  LP INSURANCE  up to one week after purchase is complete and will be able to use it for a credit on our site for the full  amount of your purchase. This will be issued upon receiving the return of your  garment. 



All on-sale items are final-sale. We do not offer size exchanges for any sale items. Once pre-made garments are reduced in price with all sales and sizes final, they do not offer customization options.

Promotional sales are not on Clearance & are not final-sale. They follow the same return & exchange guidelines above. Orders purchased using promo codes follow the same guidelines. If sale items are purchased using a code or gift card however, they are Final Sale.



We understand that online shopping, especially lingerie shopping can be  challenging sometimes. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for another reason, please contact us and we will try to resolve the issue on a case-by-case  basis. We will do our best to make sure you are happy!
